What OI Charts Is

  • OI Charts is an education platform. It shows market data, your own portfolio data and arithmetic on them so that you can understand them
  • OI Charts is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) in any capacity
  • OI Charts is not an investment adviser of any kind. It is not a research analyst, a portfolio manager or a stock broker
  • Nothing on OI Charts, including any answer from the desk, is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security
  • OI Charts never places, changes or cancels an order. Trading happens only at your own broker

Wallet Recharges

The desk is paid for from a wallet that is recharged separately from the subscription.

  • Wallet recharges are non-refundable
  • The wallet balance does not expire
  • The 3-day refund on a new subscription does not apply to wallet recharges
  • If your subscription ends, the wallet cannot be used until you renew. The balance is kept
  • If you use Delete my data, any balance that remains is lost

Since we provide non-tangible irrevocable goods (digital products), we do not offer cancellation for these services once the order is confirmed and access has been granted.

However, you may choose not to renew your subscription at any time. To prevent auto-renewal:

Refund Policy

3-Day Full Refund Policy on New Subscriptions Only

We offer a full refund within 3 days of starting a new subscription. This refund policy applies to:

The 3-day refund applies only to the first transaction when starting a new subscription period. For example, if you cancel your subscription and return later to subscribe again, the 3-day refund policy will apply to that first payment of your new subscription.

Renewal Payments

Refunds are not available for subscription renewal payments (2nd month, 3rd month, etc. of an ongoing subscription). Once a renewal payment is processed, it is final and non-refundable.

However, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • First-time subscribers who have never previously subscribed to our services
  • Returning subscribers who are starting a new subscription after previously canceling

  • You will continue to receive services until the date corresponding to your last payment
  • After the paid period expires, your access to premium services will be stopped
