Oicharts.com provides non-tangible irrevocable goods, specifically digital products and services including:

  • Sector analysis and FII/DII data

These services are delivered electronically via Telegram channel immediately upon subscription confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

Since we provide non-tangible irrevocable goods (digital products), we do not offer cancellation for these services once the order is confirmed and access has been granted.

However, you may choose not to renew your subscription at any time. To prevent auto-renewal:

  • Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period

Please note that cancelling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period, except as outlined in our Refund Policy below.

Refund Policy

3-Day Full Refund Policy on New Subscriptions Only

We offer a full refund within 3 days of starting a new subscription. This refund policy applies to:

  • First-time subscribers who have never previously subscribed to our services
  • Returning subscribers who are starting a new subscription after previously canceling

The 3-day refund applies only to the first transaction when starting a new subscription period. For example, if you cancel your subscription and return later to subscribe again, the 3-day refund policy will apply to that first payment of your new subscription.

Renewal Payments

Refunds are not available for subscription renewal payments (2nd month, 3rd month, etc. of an ongoing subscription). Once a renewal payment is processed, it is final and non-refundable.

However, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will continue to receive services until the date corresponding to your last payment
  • After the paid period expires, your access to premium services will be stopped
  • No refund will be provided for the unused portion of the subscription period
