• OI Charts is an education platform. It shows market data, your own portfolio data and arithmetic on them so that you can understand them
• OI Charts is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) in any capacity
• OI Charts is not an investment adviser of any kind. It is not a research analyst, a portfolio manager or a stock broker
• Nothing on OI Charts, including any answer from the desk, is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security
• OI Charts never places, changes or cancels an order. Trading happens only at your own broker

Broker Accounts and the Desk

You may connect your own broker account with an API key that you create at your broker. You are responsible for following your broker's API terms when you create and use that key.

• Access is read only: OI Charts reads your profile, holdings, positions, funds, orders and trades, and cannot place, change or cancel an order
• Figures are computed from what your broker returns and from end-of-day market data, and may differ from your broker's own figures
• The desk explains your data in words, figures and charts. Its answers are produced by software, may contain errors, and are not advice
• Desk answers are paid for from a wallet that you recharge. Each completed answer is charged; answers that fail or that you stop are not charged
• Wallet recharges are non-refundable and the balance does not expire
