JSW Cementએ એપ્રિલ 2022 થી માર્ચ 2024 ની પીરિયોડ માટે ₹2.3 bn ની GST માંગણું નોટિસ પ્રાપ્ત કરી છે. આ નોટિસમાં જણાવ્યા પ્રમાણે, કંપનીએ ખોટા ચુકવણીના સંદર્ભમાં ₹1.22 bn નું સંસાર GST અને ₹540.5 mn કેન્દ્ર અને રાજ્ય GSTમાંથી ગણવામાં આવ્યું છે. કંપનીનું માનવું છે કે આ નોટિસાનો નાણાકીય અસર મર્યાદિત રહેશે અને તે અવન્તારા તૈયારી કરી રહી છે.
