સુપ્રિમ કોર્ટએ અદાણી એન્ટરપ્રાઇઝિસના ₹14,535 cr ની જાયપ્રકાશ એસોસિએટ્સ લિમિટેડ (JAL) ખરીદીમાં રોકાવો ન મૂકવાનો ચુકાદો આપ્યો. કોર્ટએ નોંધ્યું કે NCLAT આ નિર્ણય વિરૂદ્ધ વેદાંતા અને અન્ય પક્ષની અરજીએ 10 એપ્રિલ 2026 ના રોજ સુનવણી કરશે. આ ચુકાદો અદાણીના ચાલુ ખરીદીઓ અને નિયમનકારી મંજૂરીઓ સંબંધિત રોકાણકર્તાઓના મનોબળ પર અસર કરશે.
