Adani Enterprises Limited and International Resources Holding will establish a $11.5 billion joint venture for a greenfield aluminium project in Odisha. This investment, valued at ₹1.08 lakh crore, is set to be Odisha's largest FDI proposal and India's biggest in the metallurgy sector. The project includes a 4 MMTPA alumina refinery and a 2 MMTPA aluminium smelter, expected to create 53,500 jobs.
