Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Limited has completed the acquisition of a 30.58% equity stake in Apollo Health and Lifestyle Limited for ₹1,254 cr on 23 Mar 2026. This acquisition strengthens Apollo's control over AHLL, having purchased 41,650,638 shares from International Finance Corporation and IFC EAF.
