Bharti Airtel approved issuance of 14.6 crore shares worth ₹28,220 cr at ₹1,923 each for a 16.31% stake in Airtel Africa as part of a $2.9 billion deal. Zydus Lifesciences plans a share buyback and will acquire Assertio Holdings for $166.4 million. PNC Infratech won a ₹572 cr project, while Bajel Projects secured orders from PowerGrid valued at ₹200-300 cr each.
