Apar Industries' subsidiary, APAR Transmission & Distribution Project Private Limited, has secured a 15-year contract with Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Limited. The agreement involves operating and maintaining a 6,100 km OPGW fiber network. ATDPPL will pay ₹5 crore annually and share revenues at 60% for ATDPPL and 40% for KPTCL.
