APL Apollo Tubes reports strong FY26 results and dividend

APL Apollo Tubes Limited reported consolidated revenue of ₹23,079 cr for FY26, up from ₹20,689.54 cr. The net profit surged to ₹1,203.08 cr, compared to ₹757.06 cr last year. The Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹8.50 per share (425%). Strategic restructuring includes the voluntary liquidation of its subsidiary, APL Apollo Mart Limited.
