Authum Investment acquires Wind World assets for ₹350 crore

Authum Investment & Infrastructure Ltd. has emerged as the Successful Resolution Applicant for Wind World (India) Limited. The company, part of a consortium with Inox Neo Energies, will acquire distressed assets for ₹350 crore. This acquisition marks a strategic expansion into the renewable energy sector, reflecting Authum's commitment to distressed asset investments.

The move may enhance Authum's portfolio and potentially stabilize Wind World, which has faced financial challenges since entering the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process in February 2018.
