Bharat Dynamics Ltd. reported a 50% decline in net profit to ₹73 cr for Q3, down from ₹147 cr last year. Revenue fell 32% to ₹566.3 cr, with EBITDA plunging 79.7% to ₹25.7 cr. The EBITDA margin contracted sharply to 4.5% from 15.2% in the previous year. An interim dividend of ₹4.5 per share was also approved.
