Bharat Rasayan Ltd has set 12 Dec 2025 as the record date for its 1:2 stock split and 1:1 bonus issue. Each ₹10 share will split into two ₹5 shares, enhancing liquidity. Shareholders will receive one bonus share for each share held. Trading in new shares starts on 16 Dec 2025.
