India Ratings & Research downgraded Dishman Carbogen Amcis’s ratings for existing Non-Convertible Debentures and Long Term/Short-term Bank Facilities to ‘IND A’/Negative. The downgrade reflects high net adjusted leverage expected to remain above 3x in FY26 despite operational improvements. Ratings for proposed NCDs were assigned at the same level, while the rating for Principal Protected Market-Linked Debentures was withdrawn after repayment.
