India's SECI has issued a tender for 1 GW of renewable energy capacity to be developed under a build-own-operate model. Projects must include energy storage systems and can utilize solar, wind, or hybrid technologies. Successful bidders will sign 25-year power purchase agreements to supply electricity to distribution companies.
