IOCL selects GP Petroleums for Pipavav bitumen operations

Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOCL) has appointed Amron Oil Resources Pvt Ltd, a joint venture of GP Petroleums and West Coast Oils LLP, as the operating partner for its bitumen cell at Pipavav, Gujarat. This facility, inaugurated under IOCL’s SPRINT 2026 Mission, aims to enhance the supply of speciality bitumen products in the region.
• Bulk bitumen dispatches began on 4 June 2026.
The strategic location near Pipavav port is expected to improve logistics efficiency for the distribution of these products.
