State-owned engineering consultancy RITES has received a ₹372.68 crore project management contract from the National Institute of Mental Health & Neuro Sciences (NIMHANS) for a new Outpatient Department building in Bengaluru. The project is set to be completed within 36 months and will be executed on a turnkey basis.

This contract enhances RITES' project portfolio and may positively influence investor sentiment in the infrastructure sector.
