Larsen & Toubro executed a share purchase agreement on 29 Apr 2026, selling its entire stake in L&T Metro Rail (Hyderabad) Limited for ₹1,461.47 crore. This divestment includes 741,29,99,999 equity shares and will result in L&T Metro Rail ceasing to be a subsidiary. The transaction is expected to complete by 30 Jun 2026.
