Mumbai Port Authority signed a contract with Larsen & Toubro to build a global standard marina aimed at enhancing leisure and tourism. Additionally, agreements with J M Baxi Ports & Logistics and M Dinshaw & Co for operations and maintenance of 21 berths at Indira Docks are projected to generate ₹987 crore in revenue over the next decade. This development is expected to improve cargo handling and boost sustainable revenue for the port.
