The Bengaluru bench of the NCLT has approved the merger of Amazon Transportation Services Pvt Ltd (ATSPL) with Amazon Seller Services Pvt Ltd (ASSPL). As per the order dated 15 Dec 2025, ASSPL will issue 38 equity shares for every 10 equity shares held in ATSPL. This merger will dissolve ATSPL and transfer all its liabilities to ASSPL, ensuring employee absorption without service loss.
