The National Company Law Tribunal has approved the merger of Suzuki Motor Gujarat into Maruti Suzuki India. The appointed date for this transfer is 1 April 2025. The tribunal noted that the scheme benefits both companies and their stakeholders, ensuring all employees of Suzuki Motor Gujarat will transition to Maruti Suzuki.
