Nestle India reported a 45% YoY increase in consolidated net profit to ₹998 crore for Q3FY26, up from ₹688 crore last year. Revenue from operations rose 19% to ₹5,667 crore. The board declared an interim dividend of ₹7 per share, record date set for 6 Feb 2026. Nestle shares surged 4% to a 52-week high of ₹1,338.90 on the NSE.
