NTPC Green Energy will raise ₹1,500 crore through unsecured non-convertible debentures (NCDs) on 11 Nov 2025. The 7.01% coupon rate NCDs will mature on 12 Nov 2035. Proceeds will finance capital expenditures and support subsidiaries through inter-corporate loans. This issuance is the first tranche approved on 29 Apr 2025.
