Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd has raised its borrowing limit to ₹2,20,000 crore from ₹1,80,000 crore. This decision, pending shareholder approval, also includes a $500 million ECB from Bank of Baroda to enhance foreign currency funding. Additionally, an investment of ₹772.65 crore for infrastructure upgrades was approved, targeting completion by 11 Aug 2028.
