The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has revised the anchor investor framework to enhance domestic institutional participation in IPOs. The total reservation for anchor investors has increased to 40%, up from 33%. Of this, 33% is allocated for mutual funds, while 7% is reserved for insurance companies and pension funds.
