Shares of Triveni Engineering rose 3% intraday, reaching a high of ₹485.60 on the NSE after announcing 22 July as the record date for its power transmission business demerger. Eligible shareholders will receive one share of Triveni Power Transmission for every three shares held. The demerger is part of a composite scheme sanctioned by the National Company Law Tribunal.
