Vedanta Ltd will hold a Committee of Directors meeting on 18 Sep 2023 to consider issuing Non-Convertible Debentures via private placement. This decision follows a Board resolution from 29 May. In Q1, Vedanta reported a profit of ₹5,294 cr, with EBITDA rising 13% QoQ to ₹8,501 cr. Shares fell 2.70% to ₹257.20 on BSE.
