Viatris has signed definitive agreements to sell its equity stake in Biocon Biologics for $815m. This includes $415m in newly issued equity shares and $400m in cash. The shares will be listed on the National Stock Exchange of India and subject to a six-month lock-up period. This deal also ends certain non-compete restrictions earlier than expected.
