CCIએ ફેડરલ બેંકમાં બ્લેકસ્ટોનની 9.99% હિસ્સો મેળવવાના વોરન્ટ દ્વારા યોજનાને મંજૂરી આપી છે. આ સોદા હેઠળ બ્લેકસ્ટોનને બેંકની બોર્ડમાં ડિરેક્ટર ની નિમણૂક કરવાની અધિકાર મળે છે, જે બેંકિંગ ક્ષેત્રમાં તેની અસરકારકતા વધારશે.
