ഇനോക્સ ഗ્રીન એનર્જી സർവીસિસ લിമિટેડે Wind World (ഇന്ത്യ) લിമിറ്റഡના 4.5 GW પવન ઓપરેશન્સ અને പരിപാലન બિઝનેસને ₹550 કરોડમાં ખરીદવાની NCLT મંજૂરી પ્રાપ્ત કરી છે. આ અધિગમ 27 જુલાઈ 2026માં મંજૂર થયો હતો, જે એક ચાલતા હિસ્સાના માધ્યમથી અથવા અન્ય મંજૂર ઢાંચાઓ દ્વારા અમલમાં આવશે.
