યુનિયન બેંક ઓફ ઇન્ડિયામાં ₹5 ડિવિડન્ડ પ્રતિ ઇક્વિટી શેર માટે FY 2025-26 ની 24મી AGM માં 10 જુલાઈ 2026 ના રોજ જાહેરાત કરી. બેંકે એશીશ પાંડે ને મેનેજિંગ ડિરેકટર અને CEO તરીકે નિમણૂક કરી, સાથે જ અન્ય એક્ઝિક્યુટિવ નિમણૂક પણ કરી. આ પગલુ રોકાણકારોની લાગણીને મજબૂત બનાવી શકે છે કારણ કે બેંક BASEL III માર્ગદર્શિકાના અંતર્ગત પુંજી ઉઠાવવાનો પ્રયાસ કરી રહી છે.
