IndusInd International Holdings has completed the formation of a joint venture with Invesco, acquiring a 60% stake in Invesco Asset Management India. As of September 2025, the joint venture manages INR 148,358 crores in assets, ranking as the 16th largest asset manager in India. This partnership aims to enhance IIHL's financial services portfolio.
