AMG Media Networks Ltd., part of Adani Enterprises, has completed the full acquisition of Indo-Asian News Service (IANS) by purchasing the remaining 24% stake. This follows an earlier acquisition of 50.5% in December 2023. IANS will now operate as a wholly owned subsidiary, enhancing Adani's media portfolio.
