Adani wins JAL bid over Vedanta, NCLAT ruling impacts IBC

The NCLAT has upheld Adani Group's acquisition of Jai Prakash Associates Ltd (JAL), rejecting Vedanta's challenge despite a higher NPV offer of ₹12,505.85 crore.
