Bajaj Auto has successfully acquired 100% of KTM’s holding company, Pierer Bajaj AG, for €800 million. This transaction was finalized on 18 Nov 2025 after receiving EU approvals. The acquisition allows Bajaj to control a 74.9% stake in KTM, with organizational changes underway, including a name change to Bajaj Mobility AG.

This move strengthens Bajaj's position in the global motorcycle market and may enhance its growth prospects in the premium segment.
