Bank of India raised ₹10,000 crore through Long Term Infrastructure Bonds at a 7.23% coupon rate, oversubscribed 3x with total bids of ₹15,305 crore. The funds will finance infrastructure projects and affordable housing, adhering to RBI guidelines. The Green Shoe option was exercised, increasing the issue size from ₹5,000 crore to ₹10,000 crore.
