Bharat Forge Limited successfully completed a Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) raising approximately ₹2,000 crore. The placement, advised by Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co., will help finance capital expenditure in defence equipment capabilities. This follows a previous ₹1,650 crore QIP in December 2024, indicating strong institutional interest.
