Bharat Forge reported a net profit of ₹288 crore, down 17% from ₹346 crore YoY, for Q3FY26. Revenue from operations fell slightly by 0.6% to ₹2,983.7 crore. However, consolidated revenue rose 25% to ₹4,343 crore, with a net profit increase of 28.2% to ₹273 crore. The Board declared an interim dividend of ₹2 per share.
