The ITAT has deleted a ₹1,284.66 crore ICDS adjustment after the High Court quashed the Section 143(1) intimation. M/s Rallis India Limited, which reported an income of ₹232.26 crore for AY 2022-23, had challenged the adjustment made by the CPC. The ruling allows for consequential relief under Section 143(3).
