Hindustan Unilever Ltd (HUL) has successfully acquired the remaining 49% stake in OZiva parent Zywie Ventures Pvt Ltd for ₹824 cr, making it a wholly owned subsidiary. This follows HUL's earlier 51% stake acquisition for ₹264.28 cr in December 2022, valuing OZiva at nearly ₹1,682 cr now. The plant-based nutrition brand's revenue surged 148% to ₹258 cr in FY25, indicating strong growth potential for HUL in the health sector.
