Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) will demerge its ice cream business, Kwality Wall's, effective from 1 Dec 2025. The record date for shareholders to receive 1 share of Kwality Wall's for each HUL share is set for 5 Dec 2025. This marks HUL as the third Nifty 50 company to undergo a demerger this year, following ITC and Tata Motors.
