Hindustan Unilever will adjust its shares for the demerger of Kwality Wall's on 5 Dec 2023. Investors holding HUL shares will receive one share of the new company for each HUL share held, based on a 1:1 entitlement ratio. All existing HUL F&O contracts will expire on 4 Dec 2023, impacting trading strategies in the derivatives segment.
