Hindustan Construction Company has shifted ₹2,854 crore of debt to Prolific Resolution Pvt Ltd as part of a lender-backed restructuring plan. This move aims to enhance financial transparency and bolster lender confidence while allowing HCC to concentrate on infrastructure projects across various sectors. Additionally, arbitration awards and claims worth ₹6,508 crore have also been transferred to PRPL.
