IndiGrid has signed definitive agreements to acquire Gadag Transmission Limited for ₹372 crore from ReNew Transmission Ventures and KNI India AS. This Build-Own-Operate-Maintain project in Karnataka features approximately 187 circuit kilometers of transmission lines and 1,000 MVA transformation capacity. The acquisition is expected to enhance IndiGrid's operational portfolio and strengthen its position in the energy sector.
