The National Company Law Tribunal has approved a ₹3,800.14 cr resolution plan for the insolvent Sinnar Thermal Power Limited. The successful bidders, MAHAGENCO and NTPC, aim to revive the Nashik-based power plant, ensuring maximum recovery for creditors. This move follows a corporate insolvency resolution process initiated in September 2022.
