Adani Enterprises Ltd has submitted a ₹15,000 crore resolution plan for Jaiprakash Associates Ltd to the NCLT, seeking approval under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code. The plan received 93% support from financial creditors, primarily backed by NARCL, which holds 85.43% of voting power. Hearings are set to continue in January 2026.
