Hindustan Construction Company Limited shares surged 10% during Monday's trading after its ₹1,000 crore rights issue saw full subscription on the final bidding day. At 1.12 PM, HCC was trading at ₹20.18, up from ₹18.54. The rights issue, priced at ₹12.50 per share, allows existing shareholders to acquire 277 shares for every 630 shares held.
