(IREDA) approved a ₹2,994 crore Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) to bolster its financial position, with a 31% increase in its loan book to ₹87,975 crore in Q3 FY26. Shares rose 1.4% to ₹130.06 following the announcement, despite a 29.5% decline over the past year. This capital raise limits the Centre's shareholding dilution to 3.76%.
