Shares of Mphasis Ltd dropped 2.3% to a low of ₹2,627 after Blackstone announced a 9.5% stake sale through block deals, priced at ₹2,570 per share, 4.4% below Monday's close. Mphasis clarified it is not involved in the transaction, which is managed by Citigroup. This follows Blackstone's previous stake reduction in June 2023.
