NCLT approves DLF amalgamation scheme for subsidiaries

The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has approved a Scheme of Amalgamation effective 13 February 2026. This scheme merges two wholly-owned subsidiaries, Bhamini Real Estate Developers and DLF Urban, into DLF Home Developers Limited. Following this merger, the transferor companies will dissolve, ceasing to be subsidiaries of DLF Limited.

This corporate restructuring may streamline operations and enhance efficiency within DLF's portfolio, potentially impacting investor sentiment positively.
