Anushakti Vidhyut Nigam Ltd (ASHVINI), a joint venture of NTPC and NPCIL, has floated a ₹28,000 crore tender for the Mahi Banswara Nuclear Power Plant in Rajasthan. This project will feature four Pressurised Heavy Water Reactors (PHWRs), each with a capacity of 700 MW. The selected contractor will manage the entire EPC process, vital for the project's success.
